Automatic Garage Door specializes in garage door repairs and installations. Despite their excellent service, they faced several issues with limited online visibility, unable to garnish leads from their service area.
One of the main challenges that Automatic Garage Door faced was online visibility. As a smaller, local company, they had limited resources and struggled to compete with larger companies in terms of advertising and brand recognition. Furthermore, the target market for their product and service was growing increasingly dependent on digital means, making it crucial for Automatic Garage Door to establish an online presence. Automatic Garage Doors needed a game plan to fix their issues and grow steadily. Their poor search engine ranking, scattered branding, and lack of an automated customer acquisition strategy were holding them back. They were wasting too much time and money on marketing that just wasn't working. With limited experience and busy schedules, they struggled to create and execute an effective marketing strategy. Another issue was that the map pin locator on Google Maps was incorrect, which caused there customer frustration when driving to the location.
The first steps in the project involved learning about Automatic Garage Door's current brand and developing a website while researching industry trends and best practices. This involved looking at local competitors' websites, online reviews, and competitor performance data. We collaborated extensively with Automatic Garage Door as a webflow design agency to develop an adaptive and responsive website that met their needs and ambitions. We developed a design that appropriately reflected the business goals. To make sure our design was up-to-date, polished, and search engine optimized, we also took inspiration from the websites of there closest competitors. The Google Maps pin locator was also corrected to show the proper address.
From there, we moved on to conducting market research and gaining insight into the target audience. This involved analyzing demographic data, consumer behavior trends, and potential pain points of customers in the garage door industry. We also looked at keyword research and search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to ensure that our website content would rank well on search engines and attract relevant traffic.
To reach our goals effectively, we utilized various marketing channels, such as Google's business profile, on-and-off-site SEO, geo-targeted mobile ads, and targeted direct mail, to capture unknown visitors to their website. Lastly, we overlayed the entire program with an SEM campaign to fuel more leads.
Since we started working with Automatic Garage Door, they've seen amazing improvements in online visibility, focusing on optimizing for conversions. This led to 1,262% more web sessions and 1,311% more visitors and customer reach. In just six months, BroadProximity helped Automatic Garage Door boost their web presence and client interactions.
