Valley Oak Dental Group is a leading dental office that specializes in general and cosmetic dentistry, children’s dentistry, and oral surgery. They also offer a wide variety of services, from cosmetic dental restorations and dental implants to root canals and periodontal root planning.
The medical field is highly competitive. Some challenges faced by locally owned and operated medical groups are competing with larger corporate medical groups, acquiring new patients, technology changes, the increasing cost of supplies and materials, changing fees, government regulation, and insurance.
Valley Oak Dental Group first approached BroadProximity after noticing their traditional marketing campaigns had slowed down in effectiveness and they needed a new approach with an effective and aggressive digital dental marketing plan. After speaking with the office manager and assessing their current online presence, we decided a full overhaul was necessary. Although Valley Oak Dental Group already had a website created in the past, it was outdated, lacking SEO content, not bringing them any business.

Our efforts led to substantial improvements in Valley Oak Dental Group’s online presence and patient engagement. The redesigned website not only attracted more visitors but also increased the time they spent on the site, indicating higher engagement. Our SEO optimization efforts resulted in the website ranking higher on Google Search for targeted keywords, leading to increased visibility and patient acquisition. Specifically, we saw a significant increase in Google rankings, with 18 of our target keywords ranking in the top 3 positions. The Google Ads campaign we ran for Valley Oak Dental Group was also successful, generating over 200 conversions in just a year with an average cost per lead of less than $50. This led to a significant increase in patient inquiries and appointments.
